Shipping and returns policy


Our items are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, Ukmail or Hermes courier and delivery times vary. If you need an item for a specific date please email us at sales@lolaswardrobe.com or leave a shipping note on your order. As we rely on third parties to deliver our parcels we can never guarantee a package will arrive by a certain date, but we will work our hardest to get your items to you. We ship out twice a week and shipping can take 2-7 working days for our instock items. Express shipping is available in 1-2 working days at a premium. You can select this at checkout. Working days are Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed unless expressly paid for. Orders are sent out as one package and items are not shipped out at different times unless there is an express wish by the customer. You will receive a shipping email once your order has been shipped, please check this isn't in your junk mail folder. We are not responsible for packages that are mislaid/damaged by third parties once they have left our office and suitable proof of posting has been obtained. Proof of postage is ALWAYS obtained by us on shipment. Should you wish to make a claim against a third party courier we will be happy to forward the proof of posting to you.

International Shipping

We have lots of worldwide customers and are happy to send our goods overseas. International Shipping can take 5-15 working days depending on country. Tracking can be added to your international shipment at an additional cost email to have this added on. If your country is not listed for shipping, please email us at sales@lolaswardrobe.com and we can help you with this.

Preorders and Personalised Items

Preorders are when items are on their way to us but havent arrived yet, specially ordered in for you or made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of these items. Personalised items are non refundable.

Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you purchase from Lola’s, but should you need to return an item then you can do so by first emailing us at sales@lolaswardrobe.com with your order number and reason for the return and returning the item within 14 days. Clothing tags MUST still be attached to the item and clothes in an original, unworn condition and in original packaging.

Handmade, specially ordered in, bulky or personalised items are non returnable. All sale items are exchange only. An item that cannot be sold on will not be refunded.

If you have ordered an item on pre-order or backorder and it is at lolaswardrobe.com's expense to buy it in for you, then it is completely at management's discretion to exchange/refund should you change your mind.

Shipping charges are never refunded and return shipping is at the consumer’s expense. Returns that affect a shipping discount, coupon code or offer will be reflected in the exchange or refund.

Any items returned outside of 14 days of purchase are not refundable. Where possible an exchange or credit note will be raised.
